Clare offers expert remedial massage and myotherapy, focusing on soft-tissue dysfunction and pain management. Throughout her career, Clare has worked with clients dealing with postural conditions resulting from busy lifestyles and active routines. She is skilled in providing massage services for pregnant clients at all stages of their pregnancy, including induction massage and pilates.

As a Massage and Myotherapy Australia member, Clare has been an integral part of the Verdelab Myotherapy & Remedial Massage Brunswick team since its inception.

Anne, an experienced therapist, is dedicated to enhancing well-being in the modern era.

She employs an integrated approach in her practice, utilising techniques like Remedial and Sports Massage, as well as Dry Needle Therapy, to address musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction stemming from various factors, including postural issues, stress, exercise, sports, injuries, surgeries, chronic pain, and pregnancy.

A Massage and Myotherapy Australia member, Anne, has been a valuable part of the Verdelab team since its inception. She collaborates with health, exercise, rehabilitation, and sports medicine professionals to optimise musculoskeletal function, reduce pain, and promote overall health and lifestyle.

Sean Kelliher

Remedial Massage Therapist | Neuro Kinetic Therapist

Sean is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist experienced in addressing long-term injuries and muscular dysfunction through targeted soft tissue massage. With a background as a professional dancer and qualified teacher, he possesses a deep understanding of the body and its response to injury, pain, and immobility.

A graduate of the Australian Institute of Applied Sciences in 2008 and a member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia, Sean brings a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge to enhance his approach to health and well-being.

Sean prioritises tissue quality improvement, joint mobility, and muscle firing sequence correction to address chronic pain and facilitate post-injury rehabilitation. Each session with Sean offers clients pain relief, improved mobility, and tailored advice for specific sports or gym performance or maintaining a pain-free quality of life.

Alicia, a Remedial Massage Therapist since 2002, has a rich career history spanning clinics, health retreats, gyms, and spas.

Alicia's intuitive and effective treatments cater to diverse soft tissue injuries, including headaches, migraines, and stress-related conditions. Specialising in Pregnancy Massage, she supports clients through all stages of pregnancy. Alicia employs targeted soft tissue therapy techniques, including therapeutic cupping, to treat trigger points, improve blood circulation, reduce edema, and enhance muscle flexibility.

Alicia has undertaken specialist training to be a fully qualified Oncology Massage Therapist. Alicia has treated people throughout every stage of their cancer journey from diagnosis, through treatment and into and recovery remission as well as comfort at end of life. Therapeutic physical touch can have a profound impact on the patient's wellbeing as well as easing the side effects of cancer treatments and related medications.

Dedicated to supporting people through this challenging time in their lives. Alicia can work with clients to come up with a specialised treatment plan to deliver safe and effective care to cancer patients.

Shenn, a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, is dedicated to relieving chronic pain and muscular dysfunction.
 
An RMIT Remedial Massage therapy graduate, Shenn's commitment to excellence led him to pursue Myotherapy. He has joined Verdelab Myotherapy & Remedial Massage, bringing a decade of corporate experience, and granting him unique insight into the body's challenges from extended desk work.
 
Specialising in trigger point therapy, Shenn targets pain and tension through precise pressure application. His practice focuses on long-term client well-being, working collaboratively to achieve lasting results. With a genuine passion for helping others, Shenn is devoted to delivering the highest quality care. Shennis available Sunday, Monday and Thursdays.

Chenille Hosking

Remedial Massage Therapist
Having recently graduated, Chenille is an enthusiastic and compassionate Remedial Therapist who is committed to helping clients achieve their optimal health and well-being goals.  Chenille uses a variety of techniques, including cupping, to enhance treatment outcomes.
 
Chenille has experience assessing and treating a range of postural issues and musculoskeletal dysfunctions such as:

  • Chronic pain syndromes
  • Tendinopathies

Chenille joined Verdelab Myotherapy and Remedial Massage in 2023, and enjoys working with her clients to provide a targeted treatment that enhances well-being and positive treatment outcomes.  Chenille has great hands-on-techniques that make for a nurturing, rounded, targeted Remedial Massage Treatment. Chenille is available Saturday and Mondays.

Gail, a seasoned Clinical Psychologist and Counselling Psychologist has recently joined Verdelab, bringing her wealth of experience to our team. She employs evidence-based therapies within a supportive client-therapist relationship, facilitating a deep exploration of their challenges and assisting them in finding effective solutions. Gail firmly believes in embracing each client without judgment, fostering their active engagement in the therapeutic journey.
 
Beyond her private practice, Gail has served in government and non-government organisations, providing therapy to individuals, children, and families grappling with complex difficulties. Her professional journey began as a teacher.
 
Gail's expertise extends to working with adults and couples facing a diverse array of concerns, including anxiety, relationship issues, depression, trauma, grief, anger, stress, and life dissatisfaction.
